Case Study

Quietly Lost

Logo Design

Intro

Quietly Lost is a Twitch streamer who creates a lot of gaming related content. Quietly wanted a brand new logo design and stream graphics for his Twitch channel.

The Brief

Not only did I need to create and design a new logo design for Quietly Lost, but I also needed to design a full Twitch streaming graphics package.

This package included a set of custom emotes and subscriber badges, webcam overlays and stream graphics.

The Challenge

Quietly Lost knew he wanted to have a Phoenix featured in his branding in a cool way. I wanted to make sure that it would fit perfectly in social media profiles. I knew that the logo needed to work across multiple platforms and applications.

Branding for Quietly Lost

The brand identity features a Phoenix in a swirling ring of fire created by it’s own tail. The colour palette features colours often seen in images of Phoenix’s.

The brand kit also includes a brand mark, stacked logo, horizontal logo layout and a few different colours options. Creating this many different options allows the client to easily use their new logo where ever they need to.

Custom Twitch Emotes

QuietlyLost wanted to have a set of custom Twitch emotes included in his brand package. These were all based on his kitties. Along with the emotes I created some Pop Tart inspired subscriber badges.

Twitch Stream Graphics

The set of stream graphics I created for Quietly Lost included Starting Soon and Stream End scenes. Twitch information panels and webcam overlay. These graphics can be easily set up in the OBS software.

The Results

Working with Quietly Lost was great fun and I really enjoyed the project. Especially drawing the little cat emotes and Pop Tart subscriber badges. I’m really happy with how the branding came out. Seeing the brand identity carried throughout the Twitch graphics really helps tie everything together.
