A great starter package for anyone looking to get their business online as quickly and as simply as possible. My website starter package is great if you don’t have the budget for a bespoke design.

Bespoke Design

My web design services (not including the starter package) include a bespoke design. Your website will be completely unique and bespoke in design. You will have full control over what your website looks like.

On-Site SEO

Search Engine Optimisation will help search engines such as Google and Bing index your site better. Also, this helps a lot with your site showing up in organic search results.

Speed Optimisation

Optimising your website for speed is very important. If your website takes too long to load your potential customers will just click off your website and go somewhere else.

Browser Testing

I test all my website on all popular devices and internet browsers. Testing ensures your website behaves the same on all devices and gives your users a consistent experience.

Content Management System

All of the websites I create are built using WordPress. WordPress is a great content management system for all levels of experience. I also offer training sessions once your website is live.

Domain Name & Hosting

I can either walk you through how to purchase your own domain name and hosting or I can offer this personally with my UK based server.

Logo & Branding

Make a long lasting impression on your customers. I offer a logo design service to anyone looking for a logo for their new business or to refresh their existing branding.

Web Design Services Process

1. Brief

We talk through what the intended goals are for you new website. If you have an existing website we will talk through what you would like to change or add to your redesign.

2. Estimate

Once we have talked through all the goals and expectations of your new website, I will write up an estimate and timeline for the project.

3. Deposit

If you are happy with the estimate and would like to proceed I will send over an invoice for 40% of the total. This payment is due before any work can commence.

4. Web Design Questionnaire

I will send you a link to my website design questionnaire that you can fill out to give me a better idea of your business and competitors.

5. Research

I’ll do some research into your competitors and your business so I know the most information moving forward. This will help me to create the best design for your website.

6. Content

This step is in your hands. Most of my clients supply their own content but if you need help writing your content I can put you in touch with a copywriter.

7. Design

I start by working on the home page wireframe for you. The wireframe does not include any design elements it’s just for layout purposes. Once you sign off the wireframe layout I move on to colouring and adding design features. At this point I will be designing static visuals of the home page, general inner page and contact page. You can provide feedback throughout this step.

8. Development

When you are happy with the visual designs I will move onto developing your website. This is when I take the static visuals and turn them into a functioning website.

9. Testing

Once I’ve built the website and all content and features have been added I will test the new website on all popular mobile devices and browsers. This is so your viewers have the same experience on any screen.

10. Launch

I will send over the invoice for the remaining 60% before launch. Once payment has been received I will upload all website files to your new hosting. This will make your new website appear at your chosen domain name.

11. Training

If you require training on your new website I will walk you through the basics. I will also send over any information I think you may need. If you are not comfortable editing a website I do offer Website Aftercare Packages where I will be responsible for the maintenance and updates of your website going forward.
