Monthly Design Retainers
Your own designer, on tap. No hiring, no onboarding, no faff.
Some businesses don’t need a one-off project. They need a creative partner who’s always in their corner. Someone who knows the brand, understands the audience, and can turn around design work without a lengthy brief every time. That’s what a retainer with me looks like. I offer two tracks: buy a block of my time each month (hours-based), or choose a fixed set of monthly deliverables (products-based). Both come with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Deliverables Package
Know how many assets you need each month? This is the package for you. I will base your monthly retainer on how many assets you need per month. This could be a set number of social posts, newsletters or products added to a Shopify store. What ever it is you need designing I’m confident I can deliver!
Time Package
Buy a guaranteed block of my time each month at a reduced hourly rate. Covers anything: brand assets, web updates, illustrations, Game UI, social posts, newsletters. Whatever your business needs that month.
Unused hours roll over once, for one month only.
Extra Information
Minimum commitment: 3 months.
What’s NOT included: Print production costs and external supplier fees, stock photography or licensed assets, copywriting, website hosting, domain names, or subscription costs, any work that falls outside the agreed monthly scope (can be quoted for separately).
Client Portal – You’ll have access to a shared Trello board where we’ll keep track of hours and design requests through the month.
