About the Project

Luke at Northern Web reached out to me for a brand refresh for his business. He already had an existing logo but felt that it lacked personality and what he truly wanted in a design. The main goal was to create a new logo that wasn’t far from what they had already.

The logo needed to have a Celtic/Northern England/Viking theme to it. I did a lot of research for this one. I wanted to make sure I had every angle covered and as much knowledge as possible. I even looked into Viking runes and Celtic knot designs.

I created a logo mark that featured the N & W of Northern Web. We then went through a few iterations of this design to land on a Celtic knot design that looked like it was carved out of stone. Along with the logo mark I complimented it with a suitable typeface and graphics that the client can use whether they need to. Included in this Epic Logo Design package are different logo lockups, brand graphics & patterns, social media profile images and a full style guide.
